Who doesn't love a holiday romance? Beautiful settings, snowy nights, a couple who can't get enough of each other, and enough heat, in my case, to melt chocolate. lol

HIM FOR CHRISTMAS
When I started this book, I had no idea where I was going, but I knew I wanted it to center around Christmas, and I knew I wanted something different, something I hadn't read already.
The story begins with a brokenhearted woman who'd lost her husband two years prior. She's in the graveyard, reflecting on her life and the hope she's lost. She knows she's in danger of never recovering, so she decides to attend a Christmas work party when she's avoided celebrating Christmas for two years.
Here's where the fun starts. Alaina is a pinup girl as in red lipstick, curvy, classy, vintage truck driving woman with a habit of rambling. She's a quiet, but confident character who is desperate for someone to love her again.
I had to do some research on the "culture" to make this work and found it interesting. My parents had talked about pinup girls, and I'd seen them in various shows and ads, but never thought to make one of my characters a pinup girl until this book.
We all want to be loved. Right? So, in comes the hero...Danny! It was only natural Danny was a mechanic, a single dad, a lover of the pinup girl, and compassionate. Oh, and he ballroom dances! Did I mention that? His father is a physician where our heroine is employed.
As far as book couples go, these two are perfect for each other. Add in a Christmas party, a plea for help, and a few steamy scenes, and HIM FOR CHRISTMAS came to life. This book is a novella and available on Amazon! https://amzn.to/3M0nYf5
